Mission
Statement
JVS
brings people and work together. JVS strengthens the Bay Area community
and fulfills Jewish values by helping people, particularly those
with barriers to employment, acquire the skills and resources to
find and keep meaningful employment and progress towards the goal
of self-sufficiency.

Founded in 1973, JVS is a non-sectarian, not-for-profit
corporation with funding from the government, foundations, businesses,
individual donors, fees for service and the Jewish Community Federation.
JVS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). |
