Transition Services for Youth

As part of our overall commitment to helping young people with disabilities find work and improve their futures, JVS will prepare you for the adult world.  No matter what your plans after high school may be, JVS can help.  Our transition services include career planning, paid work internships, help finding a job, help with higher education and financial aid, job counseling, education support and case management.
 
Our transition services are open to all youth with disabilities between the ages of 16 and 24.
