We understand sometimes issues arise which need additional support to be resolved. JVS is committed to resolving complaints and grievances in a timely manner.
JVS Participant Handbook
JVS is committed to ensuring all participants are informed of their rights and responsibilities before enrolling in a JVS program. This Participant Handbook is made available to applicants who are contingently accepted into our adult programs and there are several spaces we ask all participants to initial or sign to confirm their understanding.
